Here’s how to make it:
- Remove the cauliflower leaves and stems. Cut each cauliflower, starting in the middle, into two to three slices, depending on size. (Reserve the leftover cauliflower to use again.)
- Place the cauliflower slices on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Grease them with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking period.
- Divide the marinara sauce evenly among the steaks, then sprinkle the cheese together. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes if you are using them. Bake for another 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese has melted.
