How to make vegan and salty cashew butter fudge


Fudge is the perfect dessert when you want something that is not only sweet but also dense and delicious. It only takes a handful of ingredients to make this nonsense, but the results are sweet! This delicious dessert is the perfect quick fix when you’re craving something that will satisfy your sweet tooth any time of the day. They also make great festive gifts!

While this delicious dessert has earned a place in our hearts, fudge is a relatively recent innovation in the dessert world. The word “fudge” was in the American lexicon before the actual dessert. Ingredients you will need:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of unrefined sea salt

Prepare:

  1. Blend the cashew butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Line a square tray with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, distributing evenly across the tray.
  3. Freeze the mixture for about an hour, until the mixture is solid.
  4. Top with sea salt and enjoy!
