How to make vegan and salty cashew butter fudge

Fudge is the perfect dessert when you want something that is not only sweet but also dense and delicious. It only takes a handful of ingredients to make this nonsense, but the results are sweet! This delicious dessert is the perfect quick fix when you’re craving something that will satisfy your sweet tooth any time of the day. They also make great festive gifts!

While this delicious dessert has earned a place in our hearts, fudge is a relatively recent innovation in the dessert world. The word “fudge” was in the American lexicon before the actual dessert. When something goes wrong, it is ‘rigged’, so the first batch of nonsense was, most likely, a coincidence – and what a happy accident!

Fudge appeared in America in the late 19th century, after which its popularity spread like wildfire. Today, sweets are enjoyed by children and adults alike all over the world. Traditionally, fudge is made with cream, sugar, and any additional flavors a confectioner wants to add, but (as with everything else) vegetarian chefs have updated and improved this classic dessert.

Whether you like smooth, creamy fudge or a rich and crumbly fudge, there’s one thing we can all agree on – fudge is absolutely fantastic. On top of its iconic texture, fudge is a sweet ingredient because it’s so easy and can be surprisingly healthy (if you want it)! Feel free to enjoy this recipe on your own for a night out or share it with friends. Either way, you’ll be excited to welcome a vegan version of nonsense back into your life.
